TAMPA, Fla – September 17, 2019 – GRECO is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the railing package for an exciting new development in the Clearwater area, Belleview Place.
Located in Belleair, Florida, Belleview Place consists of four mid-rise luxury residence buildings and carriage homes surrounding the old Belleview-Biltmore Inn. This project is being developed by JMC Communities, a renowned Clearwater developer, and will feature 2,700 linear feet of Greco’s laminated glass railing.
“Tampa Bay is a thriving market and we are excited to work on a large project in such an up-and-coming area” says Jim Ellsworth, President of GRECO’s US Operations. “Implementing GRECO’s welded aluminum railings will not only enhance the building facade, but ensures the safety and satisfaction of Belleview’s future residents. Additionally, all products will be produced at GRECO’S newly acquired Hudson, Florida manufacturing facility.”
Belleair is acclaimed for its desirable location, and future Belleview Place residents are only steps away from Clearwater’s world-famous beaches, great entertainment, shopping, and everything else Tampa Bay has to offer. Belleview Place is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
