AMPA, FLORIDA – (July 21, 2015) – Greco Aluminum Railings (Greco), manufacturer of fully welded aluminum railings has been selected to engineer and supply 5,575 lineal feet or exterior railings for The Confluence tower in Denver, Colorado. PM Reality Group (PMRG) and National Real Estate Advisors are developing this ultra-luxury multifamily high-rise tower schedule to open in late 2016
The project will be the latest ultra-luxury, multi-family residential tower in Denver, designed by GDA Architects. The general contractor is Clark Construction who selected Greco to provide a custom horizontal bar design railing system with integrated slab edge covers. The railings will be delivered in the first quarter of 2016.
