(July 16, 2014) Greco has been selected to install the railing systems for the Cast Iron Lofts II in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The Manhattan Building Company is the developer of the Cast Iron Lofts II project and Urban Architects is the architect of record. When completed the apartment building will have 232 rentals. This is the second apartment building, following the success of the original Cast Iron Lofts, Soho’s first high-rise residence.
Greco will be supplying 2,000 lineal feet of their 42” glass railing system, which will be provided to and installed by Josloff Industries, LLC. “We are excited to be working with Josloff Industries by providing a fully welded and powder coated aluminum and glass system for The Manhattan Building Company. We continue to pursue projects and partners of the highest standards and take pride in our level of quality products and technical services.” says Jim Ellsworth, President of Greco Aluminum Railings USA, Inc.
