(February 3, 2015) Greco was awarded the railing package for the Centerra tower in San Jose, CA.
The 21-story, 247-unit residential tower is being developed by Simeon Residential Properties and Barry Swenson Building is the design-build contractor. Southwest Metalsmiths, out of Phoenix, will be installing over 4,500 lineal feet of Greco’s aluminum and glass railings. Greco will be shipping product in the first quarter of 2015.
“Although we have done numerous projects in California, this is our first project in San Joes,” says Jim Ellsworth, President, Greco Aluminum Railings USA, Inc. “Greco designed and engineered a custom design railing system and was able to provide a competitive price which was a critical in being awarded this job. This is a great project to showcase our products and continue to expand our work in the California market.”
