Luxury Mid-rise Condo’s in Belleair, FL Uses GRECO’s Impact Rated Glass Railings

Belleview Place is the newest condo/townhome development in Belleair, Florida. When fully built out, the community will have four mid-rise buildings with 130 luxury condominiums and adjacent two-story carriage homes. The project developer is JMC Communities. GRECO was selected to manufacture and install all the exterior glass railings on the current tower called “Sunset” and the fourth tower, “Magnolia”, which is currently under construction.
