University of Florida’s $65-Million New Ballpark Completed

Jul 2, 2020

GRECO provides handrails, guardrails, scoreboard ladders, drink rails, glass and picket railings throughout new stadium.

The 2021 Gator baseball program will have a new home. The new $65-million ballpark will feature several notable amenities, including a mixture of seating options, a 360-degree concourse, shade structures, modern team facilities, and much more.

GRECO Aluminum Railings (GRECO), a leading manufacturer of high-quality architectural railings and metal products for multi-family and commercial structures in the United States and Canada, designed, fabricated, and installed aluminum handrails, guardrails, and picket railings, providing fall protection throughout the stadium. In addition to all the railings, GRECO also fabricated and installed the scoreboard ladders and stadium drink rails. Despite the aggressive project timeline, GRECO worked closely with general contractor Brassfield & Gorrie to complete the project on time. The fact that the ballpark was able to stay on track and be completed as scheduled is significant as the University will now be able to start work on its new $85-million football training complex.
