Project Location: Chicago, IL
Project Notes: The high-rise apartment building is located on the Chicago River and when completed will contain 510 rental units, featuring inset balconies with three dimensional, horizontal bands of aluminum tubes that will provide additional texture and interest. BKL is the lead architect for the first tower of the mixed-use master plan developed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. Greco supplied 4,600 lineal feet of custom railing for this high-profile project to James McHugh Construction of Chicago.
